A lot of marathon …
A lot of marathon videos which give you a quick tour of the course are similar, but this is more relaxed and enjoyable - mainly because the roads are actually filled with something, in this case vehicles of one sort or another.
The music is stylish and goes well with it, unlike a vituperative Spanish “lady” I unfortunately share a large house with. Oh how I do hate double standards, especially from continental Europeans, ie. foreigners.

nice I used to ride some of those same roads, but that was back in 1990-1993, my license even expired in Taiwans 87 (1998). Would be nice to know if it’s from Tai Da (TAAN) out to Neihu, or around some other areas. It’s not that hard to ride there because the motorcycles and scooters are not allowed on the freeway- much of the time it’s fairly slow (high traffic)
