Mopeds, like in old times, not be manufactured anymore. These days scooters were manufactured. But the old Mopeds still exist. In Germany a Moped with pedals are called ‘Mofa’ of the two words ‘Motor’ and ‘Fahrrad’ (in english: Bicycle) cuz of the Pedals. The “real” Mopeds got no pedals, they mostly got Kickstarts, there where called Mokicks. The word Moped comes from Austria.
